Refund & Returns Policy

At Idara Sulemani, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used medicines, herbal products, honey, food items, personal care products, or customized products unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method or another mutually agreed payment option.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible products may still be returned in accordance with this policy.
